Lee Jun Hyuk Reflects On The Joys And Struggles Of Being An Actor, Why He Loves Films, And More

Lee Jun Hyuk recently teamed up with Harper’s Bazaar Korea for a pictorial and interview!

The photo shoot aimed to capture the most natural and everyday aspects of Lee Jun Hyuk. While he initially appeared shy, he quickly switched to a professional attitude once the shoot began.

In the accompanying interview, Lee Jun Hyuk was asked about the greatest joys and struggles he experiences as an actor. He shared, “Looking at the bigger picture, enduring hardships is what brings me joy. Going through trials is essentially what life is all about. In the end, most movies tell stories about that. That’s also why I love films—because they show us how to endure hardships.”

Lee Jun Hyuk also expressed his willingness to support younger actors in the future. “I think I’ve fully enjoyed the playground that my seniors built for me. Doing photo shoots like today and working on different projects—I’ve had my fair share of fun. So when the time comes for me to become that playground for my juniors, I’ll gladly step into the role of a supporter. I’ve been living this way for nearly 18 years, so I’m not afraid of it.”
