Top Actor Dramatically Complains Of Not Being Welcomed At Airport
Japanese actor Sho Kasamatsu, who made a strong impression on Korean audiences through director Byun Sung Hyun’s film Good News and SBS’s Taxi Driver 3, surprised fans by announcing an unexpected visit to Korea.
On December 16, Kasamatsu posted in Korean on his social media complaining that although people had asked him to go to Korea, no one had actually welcomed him.

“A lot of people told me to contact them when I came to Korea so we could meet, but no one’s here. I even wore cool clothes.”
The photos he posted included a shot of the arrival hall sign at Gimpo International Airport paired with a sad-face emoji. Kasamatsu’s sudden visit, shared in fluent Korean, left fans both amused and confused.
After playing a villain in Taxi Driver 3, Sho Kasamatsu is continuing to make his mark, especially as Korean–Japanese content collaborations grow into a major industry trend.
