Popular variety show You Quiz on the Block, now solely hosted by national MC Yoo Jae Suk, has taken a hit following former MC Jo Se Ho‘s gangster connection scandal.
Jo Se Ho Opens Up About Alleged Gangster Involvement, Leaves Variety Shows
The nationally measured household rating for the tvN variety show You Quiz on the Block that aired on the 17th recorded 2.796% (according to Nielsen Korea).
This episode aired footage recorded before Jo Se Ho announced his departure. However, his segments were edited to avoid disrupting the flow.
Since hitting a record low of 2.3% in October, the ratings had consistently stayed in the 3% range but now appear to have slipped back down to the 2% range. Whether the show can bounce back from the seemingly negative impact due to Jo Se Ho’s scandal remains to be seen.
